Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on all orders due to us shipping our products directly from suppliers across the globe; UK & Europe, Asia & US.

Having multiple distributers allows us to ship from the closest warehouse to YOU, meaning less air miles, meaning a happier and healthier environment.

All orders are processed within 24hours of receiving your order confirmation email. We process your order with relevant manufactures/suppliers and you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, your order may be sent in separate parcels if from different suppliers.

We offer international shipping to all* countries.

*Excluding: NONE.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Popcorn Nostalgia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order after 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: info@popcorn-nostalgia.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you to get you an ETA/update.

Dependant on your the size of your order, arrival location and other environmental  factors all international orders are expected to take between 7-14 days from the day of dispatch to arrive, but we always advice customers to consider a longer delivery period caused by international delays at airports/custom checks and the current rising climate issues i.e COVID19 and Brexit. If you're ordering outside of a local distribution location please allow up to 28 day for you order to arrive due to the international link.
