We offer free delivery on our main store due to us shipping our products directly from suppliers across the globe; Europe, Asia and US, because of this international link please allow for at least 28 days delivery. Orders may come in as little as 7-14 days but we always advice customers on a longer period, caused by international delays at airports/custom checks.
All* orders are processed within 24hours of receiving your order confirmation email. We process your order with relevant manufactures/suppliers and you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, your order may be sent in separate parcels if from different suppliers.
*Excluding: Items purchased from Through The Doors store. These will also come with their own shipping info on individual listings and / or at checkout.
We offer international shipping to all** countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Popcorn Nostalgia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order after 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you to get you an ETA/update.
